SYNOPSIS
FR | Alors que Trixi passe quelques jours avec sa mère, la distance entre elles devient vite visible. Leur travail commun avec les chiens sur le champ de course leur offre un rare moment de connexion — une proximité autrement insaisissable. Pourtant, même dans cet instant, toutes deux peinent à se libérer de leurs vieux schémas. Trixi, en quête de la tendresse qu’elle désire tant de sa mère, finit par chercher du réconfort ailleurs et trouve une consolation inattendue : auprès de son « frère », qui, comme elle, lutte pour gagner l’amour de leur mère.
EN | When Trixi spends a few days with her mother, the unspoken distance between them quickly becomes apparent. Their shared work with the dogs at the racecourse offers a rare, fleeting connection—one that feels otherwise elusive. Yet even in this moment, both struggle to break free from old patterns. Trixi, longing for the warmth she craves from her mother, eventually seeks solace elsewhere and finds comfort in an unexpected place: with her “brother,” who, like her, is vying for their mother’s love.
