SYNOPSIS
FR | Jorge aime son père. Son père aime une poule. Jorge n'aime pas la poule, il veut la mettre dans un poulailler. Avant de construire ce poulailler, Jorge doit se procurer un permis de bâtir. Difficile d'obtenir quelque chose quand son jardin est en Flandre et qu'on ne parle pas le flamand.
